[Resolved] Customer Service — Carrier octra split ac 1.5 ton | |||
I was trying to buy this product bt it made me soo frustrated to buy this product, i would rater go to a local store and buy anything else, i contacted the customer support number, firstly when i called the customer support she said the system is down, her english was poor so i asked her to speak in hindi and to my surprise she said she doesnt speak hindi, omg is it possible and to answer my question she said the system is down, secondly when i called some girl named priya answered and even her communication was damn poor but i dont care abt that, when i asked her i need some info regarding the product she said she will ask the technical dept to call back in 2 business hours, i said i have to buy this product and u want me to keep waiting, so i asked her to atleast contact the seller and ask them but she said she doesnt have authority, so i told her i[censored] you want me buy this product you provide me the information, and then she replied rudely saying its your wish, so snapdeal my question to you is " HAVE YOU KEPT THIS CUSTOMER SUPPORT TO SOLVE PEOPLES QUERRIES OR TO INSULT PEOPLE?
