Customer — Starter not working

Respected sir,
I purchased a starter of your company (i. e. havells) which is not working i have complaint (no - fe2232416) about it so many times & still there is no contact from service centre and whenever i call customer care they say that technician will contact you...
So, kindly resolve my problem and send a technician so that it start working, otherwise i have to shut the door of consumer court because there is so much loss due to this...
