We tried to use this company for tv repair, all we got in return was inconsiderate and rude and extremely inappropriate behavior. They swindled us out of 5000 inr and still no result. The owner is dinesh giri and has no clue and doesn't care, the "technician" arvind is incompenent and made the tv worse. He asked us to get the backlight replaced which we paid for and then also it didn't work. The guys refused to check and keep insisting that it worked fine in their shop and refused to refund/recheck the tv. End result: tv is still not working, we lost money and enery, and still they refuse to help. Was this information helpful? |
