They are fraud came to house for visit and was asking to take the tv along.. no resolution provided and charge 299. Said 9000 cost to repair the tv but was of no confidence as he said will take the tv and check the issue so was not sure why did he come home if he has to take the tv along and check the issue. Fraud company they take full money and give warranty but now not fullfilling their commitment. My tv repaired but in one week it again it is showing same problems . The service centre guy is saying now we stopped service in your area and will send later .
This is going on from 2 month but the technician is not coming .

We tried to use this company for tv repair, all we got in return was inconsiderate and rude and extremely inappropriate behavior. They swindled us out of 5000 inr and still no result. The owner is dinesh giri and has no clue and doesn't care, the "technician" arvind is incompenent and made the tv worse. He asked us to get the backlight replaced which we paid for and then also it didn't work. The guys refused to check and keep insisting that it worked fine in their shop and refused to refund/recheck the tv. End result: tv is still not working, we lost money and enery, and still they refuse to help.
