Customer — union bank of india - a fraud employee

Dear sir/madam,
We are going through a painful issues from union bank staff from last 4 months (Nov, 018), at last am writing to consumer forum. My concern is that my brother is having account with union bank of india at sujanganj, balwarganj branch. He has done one transaction of rs 10k (On 1st nov., 018)
Using google pay, the amount got debited from account but not transfer to the beneficiary account, when we approach to the union bank employee he keeps saying come after 3 days, this way almost 4 months has gone, but still he's not sharing the transaction or account statement details... We simply asked please share the account details in which the amount got transferred, instead he is pretending every time to share the details. I request to the bank to take right action against such employee so that other peoples should not suffer. But union bank employee didn't response to my query.
Finally, am approaching consumer forum hoping to get the justification.

My order no. [protected] w is not delivered to me. Also nobody contacted me over phone for delivery. I was shocked to see the comment that the "customer refused to receive". It seems that the delivery personnel is not doing his job sincerely.. It is my kind request to deliver my order.
I am using the parau application with user id: 44517063 and recharge rupees 399 twice ie 798 but didn't receive any coins. Amount deducted from my account through net banking with referenceno:[protected]IGAHNBNZXO and no:[protected]IGAHNBNZXO
Please refund my amount
