BEFORE THE HON’BLE DISTRICT CONSUMER DISPUTES REDRESSAL FORUM COMPLAINT UNDER CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 1986. IN THE MATTER OF : Sagar Balkrishna Bhuvad C-401, Chetan Apartment, Manvelpada Road, Manvelpada Gaon, Virar East- 401305 Mob: [protected] COMPLAINANT VERSUS WWW.CVBUZZONLINE.COM Online Job Offer Site A-3, Sec 59 Noida Gautam Buddh Nagar District Uttar Pradesh India – 201301 Ph. +91-[protected] OPPOSITE PARTY I, Sagar Balkrishna Bhuvad staying at C-401, Chetan Apartment Manvelpada Road, Manvelpada Gaon, Virar East- 401305, Mumbai and I am working as an Accountant in pvt ltd company. I have complaint against CvBuzzonline.com that they are not paying attention to my complaint, request of refund of money that I paid two times for the same service due to technical error in network. CvBuzzonline.com is employment service provider web site and register address is A-3, Sec 59, Noida, Gautam Buddh Nagar District, Uttar Pradesh, India. On 3rd September 2014 I received call from CVBUZZONLINE.COM that they have good employment opportunity for that I have to register with them and pay some amount for the their services. For good job opportunity I accept to pay 1750/- for Resume Flash Service at CvBuzzonline.com and I made payment of Rs. 1750/- through my debit card. After making a payment of 1750/- for Resume Flash Service their executive said that now I have to make payment of Rs. 3999/- for another service i.e. Employment Verification Service which is compulsory for job Employment Verification, without purchasing this service they could not proceed further. So I made payment of Rs. 3999/- for Employment Verification through my debit card. At that time while making the online payment for Employment Verification Service through my debit card their executive was also helping me on telephone to make online payment. When I was making the payment of Rs. 3999/- there was technical error accrued and my transaction became unsuccessful. So I request their executive to check that my payment received or not. He said that they don’t received the payment and asked me to do another try to make the payment. On next attempt my payment of Rs.3999/- was successful. When I check my bank account I found that I made two time payment of Rs. 3999/- for the same service Employment Verification Service. As soon as I realize that mistake, I wrote mail regarding that matter and sent it to 1) [protected]@cvbuzzonline.in, 2) [protected]@outlook.com, 3) [protected]@cvbuzzonline.com, 4) [protected]@gmail.com and I also inform them on telephone no. +91-[protected]. But I don’t received any favourable response. I just received system generated receipt providing that my query will be answer in 24-48 days. After two days there was no reply of my complaint form CvBuzzonline or from their executive. Then I wrote another mail on 6th September 2014 about my complaint but the there was not any response to me. I wait for a week that they would refund my money but nothing is happened like this. After that I called on +91-[protected] and asked for my refund. During this one of their executive said that they have taken my excess payment amount Rs. 3999/- against another service. I asked them that how they can do this without knowing me. I insist to refund my said amount. On that they behave rudely with me saying that there is no any payment received to them by my side for 1) Rs. 1750/- 2)Rs. 3999/- 3) Rs. 3999/-(Excess Payment) and I would not received any refund of Rs. 3999/-also. Here they are freely lying with me that they don’t received any payment to them. On that I warm them that I will go to the Consumer Forum. After some time call on there customer cared number, where I discussed about my complaint to Mr. Vivek. He asked me to give proof that I made two time payment. After that I send them all proof i.e my bank statement and acknowledgement of payment reiceved from CvBuzzonline. After all doing this procedure I don’t received any response from them so I send them notice before going consumer forum dated 16th September 2014. In spite all of that they are intentionally ignoring my complaint and I don’t received any response of the notice. From all above it is noticed that CvBuzzonline their exec are cheating with the candidates like me, charging excess amount and they do not providing any assistance after purchasing there services, harassing me as I am not paying attention to my work. They do not provide detail information of their product, their prices and further compulsory services before the candidates as they just want to earn money by false way. After doing all effort I become hopeless and helpless for refund of my amount Rs. 3999/- although it is small amount to them but it does matters to me. Now, from above I don’t want to continue their service. EVIDENCES OF SUPPORT OF COMPLAINT: Copy of bank statement from which payment made Copy of acknowledgement that I received after payment made to CvBuzzonline.com Copy of correspondence done through mail with CvBuzzonline.com PRAYER I, therefore pray that the Hon’ble Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum may please grant relief as provided under section 11, 13 and 14 of CPA as follows: a) OP should pay the full claimed amount of Rs. 3999/-(Excess amount paid) and Rs. 1750/-(Paid for Resume Display) and Rs. 3999/-(Paid for Employment Verification Service).
