Cyankart — Broken piece, product refund, cheating, fraud

Hi,

i am writing this complaint after a long patience time.
This complaint is regarding Cyankart.
Order number- CYN80328
i have ordered two products on 18th October 2015 from them Iphone6 Cover and Ipad mini Cover. I have recieved the same on 23rd October 2015 and Iphone case was found fine however Ipad case was broken.The package was very badly packed.
I have called them several times but no-one is picking up the calls it was automated answered that they will call me back.hence i have emailed them on 23rd October 2015 at 4:37PM that the piece is broken and packing was bad so i would like to return it as it was a gift for someone, i have recieved a reply from them on 23 october at 5:20 PM sorry for inconvenience and please let us know if you want a replacement. i have replied again at 6:01PM that i would like to cancel the order because it was a gift now it is too late.
After that no- one from Cyankart have replied anything, again on 31-Oct-2015 i have asked them to provide an update.(again no reply)
On 2 Novemebr again we replied - There has been no action or reply from your side. Some reply about the order will be appriciated . Dont make us regret the decision of buying from Cyankart.
On 3rd November they replied - Sorry we cannot refund your money, we will send you the gift card for the same .

After that i have read everything in thier site and got to know that they dont refund money they just provide voucher. But my question is why are you giving me voucher when ii want my money back, it was your fault not mine, you packed it, instead of Applogies you are giving me of traping me in voucher.i might give that money to poor child . They are earning intrest my using our money and provind us the voucher ?

Anyways again i replied on 3rd November at 7:59 PM -
But why is refund not possible? it is damaged piece and i requested return immediately. There has been delay from your side not mine. There is nothing more on your website that we can buy.what will i do with the gift card? Please refund the money .

Again No reply from them.

i am going to take a action against them very seriously bcse they are cheating people and making intrest out from thier money.

its a completely fraud case.Please take action against them or let me know if i want to send any legal notice aginst them. the product was only 699INR but the point is they are cheating thier customer which is completly wrong.
i have all the evidence if require please do let me know.
