I have ordered an black hoodie order no:cyn281769 and i have paid for that via online payment. But i gave the wrong size so i cancelled my order one hour after ordering. But i didnt got any refund or gift card and i tried to call the customer care service.They didnt attend my call. They replied me back with an email that they would give gift card of that amount..but they didnt. So please kindly help me to get my money back in any form or atleast tell them to deliver my product.

I'd ordered a mug which turned out to be broken with terrible image quality too... No redeemable factors whatsoever.. I'd like to return this and get a refund directly back into my account ASAP. The given number on the site is also non-functional.
