Cyankart — no refund process

I ordered some products from this company against order id - cyn211922.
I received the order but the quality of products was very bad.
Since i had already read the return policy and knew that they do not offer refund as a normal policy, i sent them a mail requesting a refund. What would i do with there reward points if the quality of goods is not acceptable at all! My order amounted to rs 898. The customer care number provided by the company on the site is never reachable. Customer satisfaction is zero. Such a bad service in this era to kill the company very soon.
