Cyankart — Refund not initiated

We ordered two phone back covers holding order number CYN114156. There was some fit issues so we returned it. We got an intimation that they have received the product and refund will be initiated. There has been no response from them since then. They aren't picking up the call as well. We get messages like I 'll be called as soon as possible or that my number has been noted. Nothing further is done.
