Cybage — employee discrimination

You guys are the worst company ever. You do discriminate employees and make them mentally unstable. My sister is working there at gandhinagar development center. She is in need to take leaves for 4 weeks. Her manager is ok with that but, hr person named sneha vaidya is rejecting her application again and again. She is not demanding paid leaves, she is asking for unpaid leaves, she is also fine working from home, working extra hours too. She has applied for this since a month, but worst response and not fair at all. How can you behave like this with the employees? Just put yourself in this situation once and you'll know.
