Arrogant Customer Care Reps
One of the most arrogant customer service reps I have ever spoken to is Mr.Nandkishore Nakhate from Vriti Infocom Pvt Ltd. I had a simple issue about activation of services and ended up feeling as if I had committed a crime. I don't know how Vriti Infocom can afford to employ such employees and expect to succeed in a customer centric business. Salary reduction and DTE
I joined in as a software engg and within 2 months my designation changed to DTE. testing isn't bad but if the comapny wanted tester ehy did it recruit SE. then they reduced the salary....
