Cyber Cafe — Complaint against less knowledgeable cyber cafe owner

I had to fill an important form before 5 p.M. And i was searching for a cyber café in canaught place, new delhi. I went to the shop named krishna communication address 5, mohan singh palace baba kharak singh marg connaught place delhi 110001 phone number - [protected], [protected] . The person sitting over there had worst rate list i.E. Rs.100 per hour, rs.50 per print out. He didn’t even had proper internet connection, the systems were very slow. As it was very important i had no choice and i started filling up the form, there was an issue with upload of a photograph, i asked him to help as the time was running fast. But he had such bad attitude, that he said keep doing as much as you my internet it will be beneficial to me only. He did not had any concern with the thing that i m so needy at this time, it was a question of my future. He didn’t even had any knowledge about computers and he was even distracting me that play my bhajans and all. It was so unprofessional behviour. Because of all this i could not submit my form.


Sir i also have a phone no. Of this person plzz take a strict action aganist him that helps to other students too . I am not able to fill form for my masters but plzz help the others.
