D-Link — Defective product supplied not responding for warranty

I have purchase a D-Link router and after 10 days found the router is stop routing automatically, verified the same by a alternate TP-Link router, complaint registered with D-Link they updated that the firmware available with the router is not stable and suggest to downgrade the firmware. Did the same and found the issue is same, post that reply they are not responding back even after 3 reminders of about 15-20 days. It's pathetic selling faulty products with full price.
