        I have purchase a D-Link router and after 10 days found the router is stop routing automatically, verified the same by a alternate TP-Link router, complaint registered with D-Link they updated that the firmware available with the router is not stable and suggest to downgrade the firmware. Did the same and found the issue is same, post that reply they are not responding back even after 3 reminders of about 15-20 days. It's pathetic selling faulty products with full price.

          Had purchased the above modem on4.6.2020 through M/s. Flipkart.
          Now the modem is showing complaint. Often the net connectivity goes and the red light comes and goes. Not steady. I had three times complaint to BSNL and they checked all the lines and told that no complaint on their side and it is due to the modem complaint that the internet comes and goes.
          So please arrange to replace it at the earliest. It is under warranty. T

            Dear sir,
            I had Purchased D Link DSL 2750U Modem online through amazon on[protected].My Modem suddenly stopped working and i complained dlink about the same and visited D Link customer care centre at bangalore.On[protected] they repaired the Modem and gave back same modem instead of replacing.Now on[protected] the Modem Power button glows with red light instead of green light if modem is working properly.According to D Link support page Power light glowing red indicates problem in Modem Hardware.I kindly request you to help in getting Modem replaced with a brand new one as the Modem supplied by D Link earlier is a faulty one.I am attaching Invoice for your reference.

                  I have been trying to get in touch with dlink technical support india on their email listed on the dlink india website.
                  I have been following up since last 3 weeks, however no matter how many times i follow up they are just not responding.

                  Looks like dlink india is not interested to do any business here.
                  Users are requested to stay away from dlink products. You may not get any support in india if the product fails.

                  I had a few pre sales queries about Dlink products. I wrote to the helpdesk email id. Despite a long time there was no reply. I repeatedly followed up, still no one replied.

                  Finally I wrote to the CEO. The sad part is, instead of taking my feedback seriously and improving their sales and support, which is essential for success in business, the CEO simply blocked my email id in their networking system.

                  Even after a few days there was no response from Dlink so I again tried reaching the CEO (As they have not mentioned any escalation matrix on their website) and this is what I get,

                  Your message is blocked.

                  Absolutely a classic example of how businesses avoid customers and are not willing to improve.

                  I wish to Inform Dlink that I am not dependent on them, they are dependent on me. I shall proceed taking my business to another networking providers.

                    Poor Routers by D-Link

                    I would like to inform all consumers to stay away from D-Link Networking products more specifically the routers.

                    Their routers have a very poor firmware. It has several bugs. My Dlink router failed to work with DDNS since v5.12 I thought it might be fixed in 5.13 but it was not. The same issue continued even in 5.14.
                    The issue has just present in all softwares.
                    Sadly Dlink routers do not provide third party DDNS...

                      D-link 615 router purchased on 06/04/2017. This product was not working from 11/06/2018 and i deposited it on 13/08/2018. I deposited the sealed product.

                      Now rejected this product due to pcb oxidized rma no - wiw[protected]. After purchases 1st time i deposited it. During deposit they didn't inform me that "ship line open".

                      I request you, pls look into this matter.

                        Please find below my communication details with d-link customer care executive through e-mail:-
                        My 1st e-mail :- i purchased a d-link dwr-710 wifi data card (Imei - [protected]) on[protected] from snapdeal online site. It works well till last month but it stop working 3 week before, only light is blinking when i pluged it in power adapter but no wifi signal is showing. I also talked to your technical team for support but i my problem didn't solved and she suggest me to visit d-link service center at dhanbad (Jharkhand), when i visited your service center address he told me that the service of d-link is removed from here one month before and now we didn't provide any service of d-link. Since dhanbad service center is nearest from my place so it is only place where i can visit for repairing of my modem. I request you to provide other solution to solve my issue, you can arrange courier pickup it from my home and send it back on same after repairing. I will be very thankful for your kind support.

                        Reply by d-link:- i would like to inform you that we don't have pickup and drop service for this product (Dwr 710).

                        - there are 2 service center in jharkhand 1) ranchi and 2) jamshedpur

                        Dear sir or madam,
                        I request you please do not reply in silly way as you know it is not difficult to find other service center, anybody can just make a google search and he/she can find all nearby d-link service center, so my aim was behind sending you mail is not to know about other service center available in jharkhand. As you suggested go to ranchi or jamshedpur means you want to suggest me to take leave from my work and visit 350 km (Both to and fro) to give my modem for repairing and again take one day leave and travel 350 km to take it back are you realy serious?
                        Please don't be ridiculous!!!
                        Since when i was purchased this modem your service center with in 5 km from my home and now you closed your service center so it is your responsibility to repair my modem within warranty period. So i request you to provide solution for my problem you can forward or provide your senior official mail id if it not possible from you. And i request you please please don't be silly while replying my email.

                        D-link :- no reply of my message after 22 days.

                        My mail on 23 days:- why you people are silent on my issue i again request you to kindly solve my issue. You if think my complain is illogical and not sustain as per your policy so kindly reply the same but please don't be silent. As per your reply only i can further think what action i have to take regarding my issue.

                          D-Link they are selling wifi routers. D-Link selling routers which is tough to installation process. You should do network engineering to install this toughest process. When they don't have ability to understand customers requirements then how can they sell such old installation application process on public. Software installation process should be ease. Why question paper to us. Give work to your developers why we shd behind it for installation?
                          My wifi connection stop working. please provide me service in IIT Roorkee. I buy this router from PARAM Computers at Civil lines, Roorkee. But this dealer is very fraud & doesn't provide any assistance.

                            My Router is Dlink DIR 816. I think if Dlink cannot provide solution they should not manufacture routers.

                              I have brought D-Link router model DSL-2750U from Amazon.in on 3rd Jan. After a month o[censored]sage, the model start showing the RED Internet light (the last one from the left). I filled a complaint on Airtel by calling their customer care. AirTel engineer checked the lines and Internet connection using their own beetal router modem and concluded that the D-link router is faulty. I filled a complaint to DLink after much hassle they asked me to fill a DDS form. After 15 days of filling the DDS form, they have sent me the same model as a replacement. After a week o[censored]sing the replaced model, i start facing the same issue. The Internet light becomes RED after every router switch off and on. I sent numerous emails and calls to D-link customer service but they are not entertaining the request to provide some other model or pay the money back (Rs 2000/-).Please help me getting my money back from this fraud company.                                 Hi Myself Kiranlal, I bought a dlink broadband modem with model no: DSL-2730U on feb of 2014.The device entered service center for the 5th time with in 6 months o[censored]se.Intially it was serviced at Kaizen infoserve cohin, kerala, india and later on dlink authorised service center at cochin.Due to repeated complaints i bought a belkin modem which is working wonderfully on the same site and on the same service provider line.Last time the dlink device was serviced on dlink service center at cochin on NOV19th and i received my device back on 25th of this month, the service center engineer had promised to replace the entire psb and the worst thing is even after replacing the entire board, my device suffers to connect to the service provider i mean the adsl(link) never become stable and even if adsl (link)becomes stable the internet connection became really slow.I contacted the dlink chat service today and they have requested to perform certain steps including the frimware upgrade, and finally all my efforts failed to rectify the defects. Please don't say that it is an error with the service cable or line because my belkin modem is running very smooth on this service line. All wanted is a complete replacement of this defective product, since it is a defective model(DSL-2730U ), I wanted a Higher model .But the dlink was not willing to give me a replacement of higher mode and they promised to give me a replacement of same model via direct delivery service and i got a work order reference number:DDS28B14R027 on NOV 28 2014.Now its already about 10 days and i have not received the replacement yet, when i called dlink they said that they have not given the replacement to the courier service for shipment yet. Sir, I will be very thankful for your intervention and resolution on this case. Hope you will do the needful. regards.

                                  i have taken my Dlink wifi router to dlink support care in pune. as it was reseting by itself for every 3-4 sec.

                                  they have taken it AND CALLED ME THAT everything is fixed under warranty you can come takke it. but it was not at all fixed but worsen, now it reseting every sec.
                                  i wont go now to to support. now they have to take it and provide me fix. as their support office is 25 km from my house and i have to take a day off to take it to them. please do something...
