D-Link — No response from customer support

I have been trying to get in touch with dlink technical support india on their email listed on the dlink india website.
I have been following up since last 3 weeks, however no matter how many times i follow up they are just not responding.

Looks like dlink india is not interested to do any business here.
Users are requested to stay away from dlink products. You may not get any support in india if the product fails.

I had a few pre sales queries about Dlink products. I wrote to the helpdesk email id. Despite a long time there was no reply. I repeatedly followed up, still no one replied.

Finally I wrote to the CEO. The sad part is, instead of taking my feedback seriously and improving their sales and support, which is essential for success in business, the CEO simply blocked my email id in their networking system.

Even after a few days there was no response from Dlink so I again tried reaching the CEO (As they have not mentioned any escalation matrix on their website) and this is what I get,

Your message is blocked.

Absolutely a classic example of how businesses avoid customers and are not willing to improve.

I wish to Inform Dlink that I am not dependent on them, they are dependent on me. I shall proceed taking my business to another networking providers.
