D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — Bad quality food product

I had recently purchased “go processed cheese” packet of 400 gms. The cheese inside is all hard and dry . It does not melt just burns . Photo attached. The manufacture date is of august 2020. The expiry date is within 6 months. Which means the cheese should be good. A few months back in April too I faced the same issue. Since it’s the second time I had put the complaint. Am a regular customer of dmart and have been using the “Go processed cheese “ for the past 8 yrs. Please look into it as I may loose faith in dmart and the company product if such things repeat and are avoided.
