D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — Billed thrice instead of once | |||
Dear Sir On Thursday, Sept 09, 2021 we shopped at Mulund East Dmart store between 4 p.m. to 5.15 p.m. We paid bill of Rs 4145.74 using credit card. In first two attempts we were told by counter serviceman Lane No 25 (girl) that the attempt of payment was not successful and we needed to enter PIN again. After third attempt we were told that payment was successful. Bot when we checked for payment status by logging into card portal we noticed that three consecutive successful payment transactions towards Avenue Supermarkets. Since Sept 09 evening, we have been facing severe mental stress account of poor handling of payments at billing counters. The unnecessary haste by billing counter (No 25) has cost us both mentally and financially. We therefore request you to kindly look into the matter and refund our two additional payments of Rs. 4145.74 at the earliest. Also attaching screenshot of credit card transaction page and bill of Rs. 4145.74 (dated 09/09/2021) issued by Avenue Supermarket Mulund East. Was this information helpful? | |||
