D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — charge for carry bags

Address: Jalandhar, Punjab

Dmart is also charging for carry bags rs 16 per bag.. As per consumer right we have right to stop this but the manager there behaves differently and its very much disappointed.. Its store's deficiency in service.. They should provide us carry bags free of cost.. Plus as per law it is not legal to use plastic carry bags and these stores are providing plastic bags also.. Its my humble request, please take action against dmart...

Charged for company name printed carry bag. Also not providing carry bag to carry item. They are charging for all customer.

Please find carry bag photo and bill.

Why it is showing resolved
Dmart Siddhapura, Bangalore charged 16 rs carry bag charge after purchase of 400rs product.

As of my knowledge it's illegal.

Please resolve

But now they are providing cloth bags so charging for clothed bag is legal or not ?
