D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — charge for carry bags | |||
Dmart is also charging for carry bags rs 16 per bag.. As per consumer right we have right to stop this but the manager there behaves differently and its very much disappointed.. Its store's deficiency in service.. They should provide us carry bags free of cost.. Plus as per law it is not legal to use plastic carry bags and these stores are providing plastic bags also.. But now they are providing cloth bags so charging for clothed bag is legal or not ?
