D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — Charged for a item not bought

Purchased grocery from Dmart Zirakpur,
They have charged me twice for redbull
Qty recd. 1
Qty chrgd 2
130rs extra charged without any reason.
Complained to the number provided on bill.
They say have checked the camera and to come and collect 130rs.
What kind of customer service is this, i have to travel from Chandigarh and spend close to 150 rs to get my money.
Absolutely disgraced and bullied by big companies.
