Dear Dmart Team,
I have purchased some products from D-mart as on dated 08.01.2023 & left my ATM card of Canara Bank at the billing counter by mistake and not informed me by the billing person for the same. After 7 days I got the same when I was at the ATM to withdraw the money from the ATM machine. Then i checked the last transaction on my account that was D-mart billing of 08.01.2023. Yesterday evening I visited the D-mart & asked for the ATM card. As per Mr. Manoj(Manager-[protected]) of Dmart Peermuchalla, They have damaged my ATM card after 24 hrs as per policy of Dmart and unable to issue any letter for damaged ATM card at Dmart custody and he told me for police complaint for lost the ATM card how he can say that card has lost as its damaged by the Dmart as per record shown by the manager to me. Pls let me know how you can damaged customers ATM card without any information to customer or consent as you were not display any board for the same information for customers at the premises of Dmart..It's not personal property of Dmart. If you damaged my ATM card then give me proof of damaged of ATM card or issue me a letter for damaging my ATM card by Dmart as per policy. So that i can reissue a new ATM card from the canara bank or provide me damaged ATM card for surrender the same to the bank and issue new ATM card.
Pls investigate it or check with the concerned person on priority otherwise i will lodge the complaint to consumer court.
