D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — Complaint regarding charges towards carry bag | |||
Hi team, I would like to large a complaint on DMART / Avenue Supermarkets Limited, Naga annasuya arcade, Beside Swathy Function hall, Malakpet, Main Road, Hyderabad - 500038. I have purchased couple of line items at the above said branch while billing at the bill counter leady (Ms. Priya, Counter No.5) has charged me Rs. 16 towards carry bag to carry the purchased material. When I was requesting about the free carry bag, she was very rude and she did not agreed to give me free carry bad to carry the purchased items.
