Hi, i had gone out shopping with my family at the above store mentioned along with my family on the 29th of july. We had found that there were 2 items missing & decided to get back for the same the very next day. They gave me the cash for the equivalent however this was not the issue. Since i had to go back there was a set of toothbrush that had to be returned which was long pending. Trust me i had no clue about the exchange policy until i discovered it on that day. I totally accept my mistake but what about yours???.
You made me return for no fault of mine & as a good gesture you could have replaced my product as it was completely intact. The lady who spoke to was extremely rude & was hesitating to reveal her identity. She was completely reluctant & never had the skill to speak to a customer. Her expression was like i have made the greatest sin by requesting her for a replacement. Never had i had such a bitter experience & for this lady's behavior i have decided never to shop in your mart at any cost..
To add i come from a retail background & completely understand how things work. Would appreciate if you could do something about this as i feel frustrated even after shopping for almost 10k every month...
