During my visit to Dmart Sarjapur yesterday (22/02/2026) arund 5:30 pm IST, I was forced to park my SUV in the B2 basement although it was meant for only small cars. The Dmart staff had put the barricade on B1 parking, although there was ample parking space available for big cars in B1 parking. But the Dmart staff forced me to drive to the lower basement B2 although the path way was too narrow for even a slight turn. There was no guidance from any staff either. Because of the staff negligence of Dmart, my car hit the pillar on the right side and the ORVM mirror, right side doors, lock and handle got damaged. It underwent a deep tent, all because of the carelessness of Dmart staff. Even after that, there was no accountability by the Dmart staff and they argued, it was still possible to take this vehicle to B2 basement without any hindrance They had the audacity to mention there was no mistake from their end despite the fact that there was no warning or guidance given by them and they had too narrow space at B2 basement and it wasn't meant for a SUV. This behavior of the Dmart staff really frustrated me. After this horrible experience at the Dmart where the staff takes zero accountability of their bare minimum duties, I'm forced to file this complaint. My car is undergoing major repairs and replacement of parts which are expensive but the arrogance and carelessness of the Dmart staff really pissed me off and I won't be visiting Dmart ever after this horrible incident and would warn my friends/family too.
