I had placed my monthly ration order on 30.06.2022 against Shipment No.[protected]. I selected the morning slot of 7.00 to 9.30am ft. 01.06.2023 and made advance payment.
On 1st June 2023 I got the message ON THE WAY: Your Shipment#[protected] is out for delivery and will be delivered today between 07:00 AM-09:30 AM. - DMart Ready
But later I got message of delivery getting delayed. At 10.00 am I got a call from delivery boy that my order is wrongly Given To HIM he is taking care of delivery area other than mine which is 1 to 1.5 km away from my residence.
I requested him to deliver as some items were urgently needed to my mother for Pooja that day.
He assured he will try or will surely delivery in next slot.
We waited by evening 5.00pm I started doing follow up with customer care service which have nuts trained like parrots with fixed words answer saying sorry and surely deliver. To tell me my time of delivery each one asked either 1/2 an hour or 1 hour but non called me back. After every hour I called them back again a sorry and they assured on 2nd morning same time slot 7.00 to 9.30am I shall get my order.
Today also I called up at 10.00am but again he asked for 1 hour to tell me when will I get my order and there is no status update or delivery from D Mart it's 2.30 pm now.
Tired of doing follow up with these irresponsible people. I had to purchase the items I needed urgently from store near my house .
