When you don't offer a service please don't put the hoarding or signboards, On Aug 19, 2021, you were accepting the UPI payments, today I was standing in the queue for 1 hour where the signboard shows accepting UPI payments, but when the billing is done and in the payment process how can you say we are not accepting UPI payments. The worst part is suggesting ask some other customer to pay your bill and pay to them. Do you guys think customers are dumb and you can play around. I wonder what kind of customer service you offer.
