D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — Items were missing and not as per mentioned on cover

I had bought a compass box from Dmart yesterday. It was sealed from outside so content was not checked by me.

At home when I had opened items were missing and not as per details mentioned on the cover.

Also it was looking old from inside.

I got my refund today from store, but what about loss of my time and petrol.
