D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — Misleading Policy on technical issue

I have been following up on 2 complaints(CMS[protected], CMS[protected]) since last 1 month in store and even through mails and no one responds and clarifies as to what are DMart policies.
May I please suggest correcting recurring technical issues please ? No one gets into details and responds

I have not heard from any one from Mulund Store and bluntly they themselves say nothing can be done. I made a purchase from DMart on 12/6/2022, it was observed in Video recording that the product was Swipped and a clean exit was given to me on 12/6/2022. Very next day I visited DMart for an exchange of product f, where the exchange department refused to take the product as they couldn't trace the product entry in Bill. I insisted on checking if the product had some duplicate entry with another product where Mr Diagmaber Spare of Mulund west branch took the product and requested me to wait. I waited in the store for almost 2 hours and then Mr Sapre misplaced the returned product and said sorry Mam its our mistake we swiped the product but the amount has not been added in the bill. As per DMart’s policy we refund the amount but not return and towards which we will file a complaint. This was a smart way of getting the product back in-house and raising our hands saying now nothing can be done as you highlighted our mistake and now you pay for it . There is no clear policy and I followed up multiple times to understand what are actual DMart policies as every now and then DMart’s technical issues are found either by duplicate Swipes or product getting Swipped and count mismatch. I ended up waiting, wasting and bearing extra travel cost for this exchange where no resolution has come till date and DMart Mulund’s executives bluntly say please file a complaint by taking our names as they know nothing will happen from DMart side.

Please either correct your technical issues and don’t make customers accountable to bear extra travel costs for your issues. I hope DMart will work on this and take necessary action on clarifying what are DMart’s policies where they are found faulty.

I am thankful to this forum, I received call from Mulund West's DMart store and they refunded the amount.
