Had ordered for few item through Order no[protected] on[protected]. However 2 items were missing and we logged a complaint under Complaint No 3196163. Its 4 days and every day the customer assistance team assures that the missing products will be provided within the day. Now I have atleast spoken to the call centre 5 times in the last 4 days and there doesn't seem any intent at DMart's part to provide the missing products.
We have a regular, loyal customer for the last 3 years and I think, its time to search for an alternative, if this is the service offered by DMart. Was this information helpful? |
