D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — Missing items from Order delivery (order 7297322 and complain no 896880) | |||
Hi, I had made an Online order for delivery from Dmart (delivery date 8 May 2021). I have received the above mentioned order contents except the below- - carnival 250 gm pista code 8021200 - premia badam American 500 gm. Code 08021100 . I raised a complaint to Dmart instantly post delivery via email on 8 May. I also made multiple calls to Dmart (complain no 896880). However, it has been more than 2.5 weeks but i have not received a resolution of this issue. I would like Dmart to either refund me the value of the items or re-deliver the missing items. I have already spent Rs 75 on calls with Dmart customer service for items of a low value. It would be really appreciated if you could please help resolve this issue.
