I am praktan dhaneshwar i was ordering groceries from D Mart online store as on 3rd January 2023 at 02.10 PM with the order ID[protected]
I have made the payment from the google pay with the UPI transaction ID[protected] with the amount of 6155 INR . But as on D Mart made the payment failure.
I was instantly contacted to D Mart customer support and D Mart support team told it will auto reflect in you account within 3 to 5 days. After the completion of the 3 days at 4th day I contacted to D Mart support they had raised the complaint (Complaint ID[protected] after 2 days I took follow up on the same and support team said you will get the refund by tomorrow as in 11 th January 2023 but I have not got it
I was continued to take follow up on the same till date i have not got the refund.
Payment was down by the but D Mart have an issue with it and they are not yet reverting back those money till today. I was totally frustrated with this every day D Mart customer support just tell you will get the refund be patience but it's 11 days complete till now I am suffering with this problem
I am expecting this to be resolved from the consumer forum. I am requesting to consumer forum to take a strict action on it.
