D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — Online products short delivery

I had placed an online order through D Mart mobile app.
Order non is[protected].
One of the item is not delivered and show complete delivery has been made.
I have raised the issues in Dmart app against the order no, no response from the company almost from last 3 days.
Neither mail or call or even a text msg.
Pathetic customer support.
