D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — order failed but amount debited from bank

I ordered the item for rs 1585.00 online, while making payment online, dmart mobile app show as transaction failed whereas it got deducted from my bank account.

Kindly look in to this and advice us how this can be sorted at the earliest.
If possible please execute the order and accordingly update us for a pick up.

Updated by Yandutt We are still awaiting for the refund.we haven't received, Customer care of dmart tells you that you will get the refund in next 3 to 4 days I had shopped on 14th Aug nd today is 21 Aug 2020 and still not received any refund.can we get proper rever on the same on when can we get the amount refunded.
