D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — Order not confirmed- Amount debited..Order Ref.31081216 dt.24/04/21 | |||
I have ordered some grocery items from your dmart mobile app for Rs.1201/- . At the time of payment I selected gpay payment option of my registered mobile number ie.[protected] and payment pop-up comes in dmart ready for payment process as I have made all the previous payments in dmart ready (sector10, Vashi Navi Mumbai store) through gpay account. Order amount Rs.1201/- was debited from my account immediately but order not confirmed. Next day I have contacted Dmart Customer Care but no proper response received from Dmart customer care. Request you to please look into the matter and reverse the debit amount of rs.1201/- in my gpay account at the earliest. Also for your reference I have attached screenshots of the same.
