I placed my order on July 1st, and it has still not been delivered. I booked a slot for the 2nd of July, and today is the 10th. I paid the entire amount, including delivery costs, online.
I reached the customer service line, but it was constantly busy. I even emailed customer service but received no answer.

I don't understand why they don't provide the order once it has been confirmed and payment is made. Even though today is July 10th, the order status still shows that it is rescheduled for July 3rd.
Everything is in the dark. This is not to be expected from a company like Avenue Supermarkets.
