D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — payment done but still showing payment pending and fail

I had made a payment from my paytm but it's not showing my order it's showing order payment fail.

Message from bank-
Rs.2329.86 sent to [protected]@icici from your paytm payments bank a/c 91xx9403. Upi ref:[protected].
Pls let me know when my order will be dispatched and confirm the same. I tried to call customer care phone and even mail several times but no response.
