D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — Payment done yet showing payment failure | |||
I ordered my groceries from Dmart Ready app and also made an online payment via net banking, the amount got deducted from the bank account but due to some reason in the app it's showing that my payment was unsuccessful, I even tried calling the customer care but there was no response! Please resolve the issue as soon as possible. My Order number is 29185626 Purchase Date is 5-May-2021 Total amount is ₹1987 Was this information helpful? | |||

I, Mrs. Audrey Girish Tulsankar, had placed an order no: 33630920 amounting to Rs. 693/- on[protected] at 8:30 a.m. on your Dmart ready App using Googlepay. The amount has been successfully debited from my account, however, it is showing as "payment failed" on your app.
Requesting you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest, as it is, it's very difficult to find an empty slot for delivery on your app. Looking forward for a resolution asap.
