D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — Payment Issue - Complaint Regarding Deduction Of Money twice for a single order | |||
Hello D-Mart Team With the registered mobile no: [protected].On 2nd August 2020 did a payment for 54 items via BHMI UPI QR code but the transaction was a success & money was debited. The order was yet in pending state prompting a message on your D-mart app of the payment was failed & alongside a repayment a message was sent, awaited for a while but no refund was received nor status was updated on your site. Even tried to contact your customer service number it was unreachable[protected].Hence to complete the pending order a new transaction was made, whichwas a success with money been debited & order been placed.
