D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — payment issue not refund | |||
On 7th september 2020 i shop from dmart bahayender west, the cashier swiped my card twice, i didnt check my bank notification but on 9th september when i was scrolling trough my bank sms i found that i have been charged twice, i raised a complaint with customer care but he instead of providing me the refund he will issue me some letter which i have to submit to my bank, its not my mistake why i have to suffer waiting outside the bank due to covid social distancing, i have proof showing the debit from my account i can even sjare my bank statements if required Was this information helpful? | |||
