It's been 3 days already as of now on 2nd August 2023, that I had ordered groceries from DMart Ready online, Powai, Order No.[protected]. Even after complaining several times, also after asking for cancellation of the order and issuing refund against the the same, if they are unable to deliver it, they are neither Delivering the order nor cancelling it. On filing complaint at customer care, an automated message is received saying your order will be delivered as soon as possible, but it's 4th day now but still they have shown least concern to contact me in person not even they care toreply to the mails sent complaining the issue.
Please look into this issue at the earliest as I don't like to say this again and again but I am a Disabled Person, staying with my Senior citizen Parents, unable to travel all the way to store, hence keep on ordering things online inspite of such bad experience from the so called esteemed DMart Ready.
