Behavior of your on floor supervisor which was very bad customer service experience with me, I have sent my younger bro to purchase oil but they denied to give him and said we will not give, you need to buy more items. As you know if we require oil we will only buy oil to be very honest a person from your team should know how to talk to a customer as they are misbehaving and using bad words you guys should train them how to talk and response to a customer, If this is being continued again I will seriously reach out to consumer forum for such things as we are also human beings and we need respect.
