Dear Team,
I have purchased Philips Iron from Dmark of Chikhloli, Badlapur East as per attached Invoice, I have returned it due to not working properly as per attached complaint details.
But after a few days DMart Cust. Care informed Philips person visited and repaired the Iron and I can take it from Dmart.
I have clearly said I don't want that Iron which has to be repaired before use. but they refuse to take it in return.
I have been using Philips Iron for the last 15+ years which is the best piece, so I have purchased the same company Iron.
But it does not work as per expectations hence want to return, when customers are dissatisfied and want to return any product executive have to respect customer requests.
As well as not expecting the service DMart provides, they also can take it in return as we are 1st customer of Dmart but they said contact Philips Cust Care and Philips Cust Care clearly said i have to contact Dmart.
Humble request to attend my complaint and reply urgently.
