D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — sub-standard quality of coffee mug of bharat fine tableware | |
This is to bring to your attention that the quality of one of your product (a Coffee Mug) purchased on 17th Dec. 2020 from D-Mart of CBD, Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, is sub-standard. As soon as hot water was poured into one mug, it developed crack and was not usable. I have taken photo of the cracked mug, as well as the bar code sticker and the bill of D-Mart. If you send your email ID, I can send these photos to you. How do I get a replacement/refund of the defective item?
