Dear D-Mart Palanpur Customer Service,
I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue with my recent purchase from your store. On July 2, 2024, I made a purchase of Rs. 1721 worth of groceries from your store (Order #[protected]. I paid for the order using my debit card. However, despite the payment being deducted from my account, I received a message from your store stating that the payment had not been received and requesting me to make the payment again.
I have already been debited for the amount once from other account via upi and I should not be asked to pay again. I request your immediate attention to this matter to resolve the issue and refund the extra amount debited.
