I made a purchase of 5000 and tried gpay mode of payment. However staff mentioned that the servers were down and hence the payment would not be processed. Hence, we made a cash payment. Later, the initial gpay payment was also deducted from my account! I have paid 10000 instead of 5000! Please arrange for my refund!
