D-Mart / Avenue Supermarts — Washroom access

Dear Support,

This complaint is regarding poor management at Ravet dmart shopping center.

Need to highlight that I suffered with Urinary retention today morning only because one of the floor supervisor vandana gaikwad was not allowing customers to use customer washrooms.

I did wait for more than 30min, later she asked me to go to outside drivers washroom, it was smelling very vad i could bot tolerate and eventually had to rush back home.

It appears to be some wrong training or ego of supervisor taking over customer health.

Please either keep the shoppong center fully closed if washroom access is blocked or let customers atleast use washroom while they enter dmart premise for shopping, it takes time to collect all grocery items for month.
