My customer id is 23023374.
In saturday[protected] i had a call from videocon d2h. They told me that if I subscribe the recording facility then they will give me a discount coupon of online shopping sites worth 500/-. I was agreed. They subscribe that facility but did not send me that coupon. Then I called customer care on monday[protected]. They refused. Videocon d2h you are a big fraud.
Videocon Industries customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Right now I hv 450 wala package I want to carry 250 wala package
To complain customercare they do not rectified my problem with in 28 hours there fore to give me one day exection.

I am not receiving signal from satellite
Sir My Videocon d2h bearing customer Id no. 95786458 is now no signal mode. please solve this problem.

    I had buy new connection d2h on july 2015; to 1 year subscription my id is[protected]
    Even days before my subscription is over due to insufficient funds
    I had talked to customer care has registered my complaint no.[protected] dated 02/05/2016 on 10:22 am and resolved same day on 12:26pm with reason that our company has provide one channel free and automatic renew on your d2h without any call from customer care nor wia massage
    But company has cheated due to reduce 2 months subscription.
    I am really dissatisfied with this company
    Please resolved my complaint and refund or 2 months extend my service. Immediately

    We would like to inform you that Add On d2h cinema was activated on basis of IVR call done from our end on your RTN [protected] on Aug 8th 2015 at 11:52 am having call duration of 11 Sec & after receiving confirmation prompt from your end same Add On was activated on Aug 9th 2015, since then we have not received any request for deactivation of same Add on from your end, however same has been cancelled now on May 2nd 2016.

      Hi sir/madam,
      I rajesh reddy with videocon d2h id 99303236 had recharged videocon d2h on 7/7/2015 with 2892 rupees for new south gold pack which is around 240 rupees for month for 12 months subscription with these recharge i had one month free total of 13 months.. But without my consent they have activated the add on pack which lead to 367rupees for month according to my recharged amount the services should last till 07/8/2016 but the services has been stopped from 03/05/2016 thats about 3 months before expiry period.
      So, i request you to take the necessary actions

        This is to bring to your notice that i have been facing problem in your services since day one.

        After complaining on your customer care number [protected] i was told that engineer will be visiting my place within 24hrs to solve my problem.

        The very next day i am receiving a call from [protected] this mr. Deepak avana customer executive called my 0824 hrs that time i was sleeping the same was informed to him inspite of that he told me that he will solve my problem on call no need of engineers visit at my place coz engineers visit will take time. I once again confirmed him that he is sure that my problem will be solved on call no need of engineers visit..?? He replied yes definitely it will be solve on call.
        Then he started instructing me to do all kinds of wires survey checking all connections but my problem was not resolved after all this activity he said that he will be sending engineer to my place to rectify my issue after this response from him i asked him to please connect my call to his supervisor so that i can complain him regarding deepak avana for his false assurance my call was connected to mr lakshit his supervisor after long wait as soon as i started complaining him regarding deepak his customer executive he was least bother to listen to my complain and after keeping my call on hold for 18 minutes the call got disconnected from his side this was so bad behavior and worst customer service from videocon.

        I again called customer care on [protected] mr mahesh the customer executive was the person to attend my call and i asked him to register my complain against the above incident inspite of taking my complain and helping me by giving complain number he transfer the call to his supervisor mr piyush mangroliya when i again explain him about the incident he was also least bother to attend my complaint and help me out by giving a complaint number. It was really very disappointing that again my call was on hold and automatic it was disconnected without resolving my issues.

        Again i called customer care on [protected] number and mr varun customer executive was on call i again explained him the above said incident my call was again kept on hold for few minutes i had to ask and request him to register my complain for the above said incident finally he gave me a complain number[protected].

        I would like to put into your notice that i am really very disappointed by the kind of service i am getting from videocon i have taken a yearly package with all channels but within 2 months i am disappointed by videocon i dont know how i will manage with yearly package. It is hurting me that i have been fooled by false commitment made by videocon for providing me best services but ack they are least bother after customer buys their product which i bought videocon d2h.

        I hope necessary actions will be taken against the above incident happen with me and my problem will be resolve as soon as possible.

          I am p l khandelwal id[protected] mob no [protected] made a complaint on 6th may 2016 no 42729094 to change the set top box. the said complaint was not resolved and complaint was closed. on 7th may i asked customer care why my complaint closed. they did not give any satisfactory replied and registered second complaint no[protected].which is still pending. the company charging the money on day to day basis without giving the proper service.

            I have shifted my house on 1st of may i have requested to videocon customer care to send a service engineer to reinstall my existing connection. I have clearly mentioned my new address, existing mobile number and an alternate number. Despite calling customer continuously for 5 days my problem was not yet resolved. One service engineer called and said he will come in ten min post that i have called that engineers mobile number for more than 30 times. Every day i am calling customer care person post that he will transfer to his supervisor he will apologise and say by day end he will fix the problem. But nothing has happened yet.

            My customer id is 92467750. For past 7 years i am using videocon i think people who are using videocon now has to question their are bunch of fools who does not know time value and value for word.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected], 42610793 these are the long list of complaint numbers which i have given.

            I myself working in a service industry we have a tat for every complaint which we receive but these people does not bother about anything.

            First of all it takes a hell lot of pain to reach customer care you have to be on hold for more than 15 minutes on top of it every day i am calling these guys 4-5 times.

            Today one person called me from the number [protected] saying his name is fayaz and he is a manager he took the service engineer on concall to fix up the issue. Service engineer on face of it he is telling that he cannot come. Manager can take what ever action he wants to take.

              I am shakir ahamed my customer id is[protected] and contact no [protected] and april 04, 2016 we changed our plan from new south gold and hindi entertainment hd to south silver sports pack and hindi entertainment hd by taking information from d2h customer care that we will get all the channels also from new south gold hindi entertainment hd so, we changed to south silver sports and hindi entertainment hd. But we were not getting hindi movies so we requested to retain our previous pack that is new south gold and hindi entertainment hd since april 04, 2016 but to our disappointment it changed on 04th may, 2016 that too without hindi entertainment hd we were confirmed by your customer care officials mr murali and mr rajesh and others customer care officials that we will get hindi entertainment hd channels also but it proved to be wrong. You can refer to my complaints since april 04, 2016.

              I even recharged for new south gold rs 275/- and hindi entertainment hd add on rs 85/- totally rs 360/- (Three hundred sixty only), even than to our disbelief we are unable to view hindi entertainment hd channels. So please look into the matter and act immediately.

                I recently posted a complaint and I appreciate prompt reply of the customer service, though the matter has not been solved yet.

                    On 01.05.2016 i got recharged through transaction i d udt[protected] . However even after recharge channels are not shown. Even if customer care is contacted, either no help given or misleading statement is made. This amounts to cheating. Immediately resolve problem free of cost as services have been discontinued since early morning today though the previous subscription was till 02.05.2016. Else refund our recharge amount and security towards set top box immediately.

                      I raised a complaint : 42255273 dated 16 april. My STB used to get restarted as soon as try to change the channel. The engineer changed the part and I paid 300rs as part charge and 170rs as service charge.
                      I faced the same issue again on 19th april with complaint : 42337643.
                      After a lot of argument your executive agreed to replace the STP without any extra charge as i had already paid for the part. But the engineer did not change the STB instead changed a part and made it work somehow.
                      Today Again i.e 30 april i am facing the same issue and your customer case executive is asking me to pay for the STB.
                      Why should i pay again for the box when i have already paid and this is the same issue i am asking the fix for.
                      This is an existing issue and if the engineer knew from the start that the box is faulty, he should have replaced it at the first time and not charge me again and again.

                        I subscribed to the flexi pack of videocon d2h few months back. I opted for Lifestyle+infotainment addon pack shortly after. Today I called them to remove the pack and they are telling me that this cannot be done. I just want it to be replaced with some other addon and it would be great if the customer support is ready to help me. The customer care representative told me I cannot remove addons in flexi pack. Why forcibly shove channels which I do not want to see?

                          There has been a problem with out Videocon TV set where it switches off automatically & a complain was submitted. Technician who visited reached home unannounced & didn't wait to check the TV set. Instead he left without even having a look since there were guests at home at that time. TV services were disconnected pending the visit charge & TV set problem is still there. This was a horrible customer service experience; please have technicians who can actually bother to check the problem instead of just visiting to harass the customers.

                            Last week we had decided to add sports pack to our south silver package just because of we want to watch IPL. When we called up the customer care they have advised to pay for the south silver sports.So we have paid Rs.285/- and everything was perfect for 2 days. After that rest of the sports channels are getting but NO sony max or sony six.

                            And we are tired of there customer care they are not at all picking up the calls.
                            I have send several emails to them, Still No reply.

                              I have purchased new SIM with mobile number [protected] and I am getting repeated calls and SMS on my mobile to recharge my vidiocon d2h, while I haven't have any vidiocon d2h connection. I am generally in roaming so it reduces my mobile balance to take the call, as they are form different numbers. In their website they haven't have any link to remove mobile number.
                              I request to remove my mobile number [protected] from any of there existing account as RTN.

                              Thanks! Hope I will not get calls too because I am generally in Roaming so that costs my balance.
                              Videocon D2H is increasing its channel pricing drastically that is 25 to 50% on each month on there channels. Gradually Had made all the free channels paid. You will not find a single channel for kid that is simple rhymes and they made is paid at a cost of 25 INR per month.

                                I recharged the videocon d2h online. After that for confirmation i call customer care about that in which they spoke to dial 1 to change the package. Actually i thought that i need to dial 1 for talking to customer executive .When i show on my tv screen that my basic package was changed i call the customer care for changing the same that. The executive mr sunil patel (At call centre at ahmedabad ), he told that it is company policy that you cannot change the package. So it was unnecessary harassment by keeping such no 1 and prompting consumer for that so by mistake they dial 1 and the package is change in this company is looting the general public.Plz help me to resolve the query. I request that strict action should be taken against the company

                                  Customer i'd[protected]...This id was recharged on 26/03/2016.But the very next day a message started popping on the screen which read next due date for recharge to be 16/04/2016. I mean why should i recharge every 20 days when i am paying for a month...And then on 17/04/2016 all channels were gone...Really i repent my decision to go with videocon... Its been only 2 months since i have opted for there service but truly i am fed up of videocon...Further there is no one to attend calls on their customer care number and no replies of mails coming back from their side..I would recommend anyone reading this, never give a try to such failed companies...Always go with trusted ones. Thank you!

                                      Time overdue. No service no customer care.
                                      Just awesome customer fooling. Great effort at looting customer.

                                        Hello ! My number is [protected]. I am getting calls on this number from videocon d2h bangalore. Even though i am not their customer. They call me and text me like thanks for recharging etc etc.
                                        I called them and informed about this problem even after that their call got increased sometimes 7 times a day.
                                        Texts are also keep on coming. What to do.. Mentally go sick. I mean i am not there customer i dont have their connection. Then how can you do this.
                                        Please take immediate action.
