Dear sir,

I have purchased 1/2 kg of dabur honey from one of yours retailer megamart, ravet, pune - 412101 for this i have paid rs 184/- but honey is im-pure, how do i check this. And what you people will help me to get away from this problem. There is some hard material (Like sugar which is got hard) at bottom of the bottle which i have purchased last week. But technical honey is not get hard like sugar i think yours honey is im-pure. If you required snap of this bottel i will send that on yours mail again please call me or do some necessarily action as soon as possible other wise i will go to the consumer court.
