Dabur — dabur oxybleach caused skin reaction

I used dabur oxy bleach, it caused an immediate reaction. I am a regular user however it happened for the first time. Within 2 mins of its application my face started Contracting and then it turned blood red and swelled up and has become stiff and hard. I have clicked photo as well for your reference. Kindly take my complain and do necessary action. Worst bleach!!
