Dada Motors — not provided new car booking receipt | |||||
I wanted to buy a new tata tigor car and went to authorized tata dealers - dada motors, khanna, punjab on 14 febraury, 2020. After discussion and checking at showroom i made an online payment of rs 10, 000 through net banking for new tata tigor car booking they said they will send the receipt on whatsapp. After few days they asked to also submit pan card and adhaar card. So i also send the photocopies of these cards on whatsapp to their salesman. Their salesman said no document is required now. After few days again they asked to send the net banking transaction details of rs 10, 000 to make the receipt. But i told them the pan card and adhaar card all are required, there is no need for more documents and i refused to send more documents. Now after 7 days they are still not sending the receipt. Further they are harassing and rashly behaving when asked for receipt. Their manager - (Manish) and salesman - (Jatinder) are particularly harsh and not helping. I want the consumer forum here to take notice of this fraud and provide me the car booking receipt. Was this information helpful? | |||||
